All users of the MEMS Shared Instrument Group (MEMS SIG) must read, understand, and agree to the MEMS SIG Laboratory Specific Training before using any instrumentation independently in the SIG labs.

User safety is of primary concern in the MEMS SIG. These guidelines have been developed to protect the people who use the lab as well as the instruments themselves.
